‘We are very excited to invite you to a five day retreat AUGUST 11 – 17 in 2024, in one of our favorite places in the world in the south of France. It is a beautiful and magical place in the mountains where we have had some very special times of creativity and intimate family time, and now we would like to share this place with you, to share some days of yoga, meditation, chanting, playing, and exploring the beautiful nature. We will do some hiking to the beautiful plateaus high in the mountains, so be sure to bring good hiking shoes and an open heart to let the mountain breeze blow through you. Program

This year program will consist of kundalini yoga, meditations, self-exploration, dancing, chanting and variety of nature experience. More details to be announced in the later point to registered participants. Children are very welcome to join us – a special time full of fun, creativity and inspirational actives (kids camp) will be part of the retreat.

GETTING THERE

from Lyon airport (cheap Easy Jet flights ) – get to train to Sisteron

from Marseille airport (Provence), take a shuttle bus to «gare St. Charles» in Marseille.

From there, you can take a train to Sisteron.

From Sisteron

1. by taxi directly to Les Damias – prices approx. 60-70€ (4 people can share) – contact TAXI SIMARD +33-492651210

Description: via Lachau or Barret sur Méouge (Col D’Araud), direction Eourres. Don’t go up to Eourres Village, follow direction “Les Peyres/Les Damias”. Go through “Les Peyres” and continue the asphalt road until the end.

Carpooling

Registered participants will be connected in advance so they can organize carpooling or taxi sharing if they arrive at the same time.

Excellent vegetarian organic food (3 meals a day) will be served in Les Damias.

All different kind of accommodation options available (tent, hogans, dormitory, studios). Please note, that only limited number of each accommodation type is available, so if you have a certain preference, do not hesitate to register soon.
